Sales Manager

SG Recruitment are working with a newly launched master developer, part of an established Dubai real estate group, to hire a Sales Manager.

These consultants will be trained to take exclusive projects to market, building relationships across the agent and agency network, and

• Build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies across Dubai.
• Work with exclusive projects and inventory for the developer.
• Sell and advertise those projects to your network of agents.
• Develop your own pipeline of agent partners from the ground up.
• Represent the developer professionally across the market.
• Complete the structured training academy to move from leasing into developer sales.
• Keep activity, leads, and deal progress accurately tracked.
• Hit individual sales targets as the business scales.
