Overview

The Sales Team Manager is responsible for leading, developing and scaling a high-performing sales team. This role is focused on coaching, performance management, strategy execution and team development, ensuring the team consistently achieves and exceeds revenue targets.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive sales performance, optimise processes and build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a leadership role with a strong focus on enabling team success rather than individual contribution.
