Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably with a background in B2B SaaS, consulting, recruitment, or staff augmentation. You will be responsible for managing our existing team and further building our inside sales team.

The sales team at Default is responsible for handling leads generated by marketing as well as generating their own leads. We have scaled to a 30-member team and are now looking to expand into the North American market. We are profitable and have completed the 0-1 part of our journey.

We are looking to hire leadership that will work with us on the 1-10 journey and share outsized rewards of the same. Responsibilities: Managing the sales team on a day-to-day basis. Setting up appropriate KPIs, and metrics (leading and lagging) for the team.
