Job Description
Responsibilities
- Contribute and lead the design, development, and implementation of the company’s sales strategy in Utility in Central America and Caribbean
- Identify and develop new Utility Key Accounts, including negotiation, closing and follow-up of sales contracts
- Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery, payment collection and post‑sales support for all the Utility Key Accounts, staying in close contact both with customers and the company’s related internal departments
- Measure, monitor, forecast, report and manage sales performance
- Coordinate the appropriate pre‑sales, professional services, and support resources to successfully deliver solutions to clients
- Drive revenue, profit, and client satisfaction for Central America and Caribbean utility customers
