Roles & Responsibilities:


Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets.
Generate life insurance business through the agency channel.
Conduct sales meetings and field activities with advisors.
Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity.
Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.


Desired Candidate Profile:


Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered for some companies).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related field.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
Candidate should possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred).
