Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Contract)

The client is a UK-based multinational operating across Europe, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent, and Southeast Asia. They specialize in producing unique fragrances and flavors with precision and rapid market response.

You will support staff and customers by managing order processing, verifying pricing and margins, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with trade regulations.

• Provide administrative support to staff and customers to facilitate smooth operations
• Verify selling prices and profit margins before processing customer orders to ensure accuracy
• Manage external correspondence and communication with customers and partners
• Process customer requests, orders, deliveries, and invoices accurately and timely
• Prepare and organize shipping documents to comply with shipment requirements
