You’ll manage and grow a multilingual sales team (15+ FTE) across markets like NL, UK, FR, SE, IT, and DE, with plenty of room to scale.
What will you do?
- Lead, inspire, and develop an international sales team
- Own the commercial performance of the 123inkt Group accounts
- Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize processes and performance
