Sales Lead – Inside Sales

Speedioo is building a trusted, tech-enabled full-stack platform for used two-wheelers in India, solving one of the most broken consumer experiences. We bring transparency, speed, and reliability into every transaction, from instant pricing to seamless RC transfers.

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Lead who can drive revenue and procurement outcomes through a high-performing inside sales team. This role is focused on owning revenue as the primary KPI , driving strong execution across the funnel (dial → connect → conversion), and building a scalable inside sales engine for the Pune market. This is a mid-senior execution role for someone who understands the numbers, manages large teams, and consistently delivers against revenue targets.
