Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle sale enquiries by communicating with the client to understand their needs.
- Provide advice on space planning, design conceptualization, material and colour scheme specification on client needs.
- Manage project costing, preparation of quotation accordance to customer needs
- Site coordination arranges and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.
- Project completion on time.
- AutoCAD, Sketchup, Kujiale, Render Software (Lumion/Vray/any related), Excel
- Preferably specialized in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people
- Sales driven, motivated and self-empowerment
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking client upon projects.
