Job Responsibilities Perform demonstrations for customers and teach them how to use the company's products or services. Overcome objections and negotiate with leads. Collect contact details of leads and share them with other sales representatives where appropriate. Maintain a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services, identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services. Sell and promote goods and services. Update customer information on Skynamo. Log calls on Skynamo as per required standard. Liaise with internal support to email quotations to customers. Maintain customer contracts and any other relevant information on Skynamo. Complete new business and lost business reports and submit to manager on a monthly basis, as well as any other reporting required.
