Sales Freight Forwarding – Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage freight forwarding sales activities (sea freight, and/or land transportation) to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up until deal closure.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide regular shipment updates, and resolve service issues professionally.
• Support management in achieving revenue growth and market expansion in Jakarta area.
