Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
Identify and capitalize on new growth and upselling opportunitiesBuild and maintain C-level relationships within the insurance ecosystem (federations, associations, clients, prospects, and partners)Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, creating intellectual capital and driving thought leadershipQualifications required:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, software, or services)Qualified actuary is preferredFluent in German and Italian, with good communication skills in EnglishExperience required:
Proven track record in consulting, solution services, or managing complex client relationshipsAbility to assess client needs and deliver innovative solutionsWillingness to travel; experience working internationally is a plusExposure to IFRS 17 and risk capital frameworks
