- Build rapport with customers and handle customer inquiries.
- Prepare and send quotes and proposals.
- Build and maintain a CRM database.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Participate in sales team meetings.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- PC literacy and Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
