SALES EXECUTIVE

Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries/ complaints with patience and professional manner through walk-in, phone calls, online portal and emails etc.

Generate catering orders and quotation.

Handle and attend to customers’ food tasting session when necessary.

Cooperate and liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding catering orders.

Liaise with outsource suppliers for necessary logistics/ catering items.
