Requirements Experience & Qualifications 35 years experience in sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or 5-star environments Strong sales background (marketing knowledge advantageous) Relevant qualification in Sales or related field (management qualification beneficial) Technical Skills Understanding of yield management and occupancy forecasting Experience with market analysis and sales planning Knowledge of reservations and revenue systems Understanding of rate-building and distribution strategies Financial acumen and commercial awareness Familiarity with digital marketing channels (advantageous) Personal Attributes Strong communication and negotiation skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and take initiative Professional, well-presented, and relationship-driven High levels of integrity and confidentiality
