As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both Polestar’s values and Riverside’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities (FI&P)
- Manage and follow up on all customer enquiries
- Maximise retention and renewal opportunities
- Support customers throughout the full sales journey
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes
