Sales Executive Parts

Job Role

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving parts sales by managing walk-in customer enquiries, providing professional parts consultation, promoting genuine parts, achieving sales and GP targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of parts while maintaining accurate customer records and supporting branch sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that the budgeted sales and GP targets are achieved for the branch on a regular basis & further growth is explored in the assigned territory
• Attending requirements of all walk in customers at the cash counter and executing the parts requests for workshop counter.
• Preparing & following up estimates for all potential customers.
• Monitoring & improving the estimate conversion ratio on a monthly basis.
