Sales Executive

(Basic RM2,100–RM2,500 + monthly incentives + sales commission)

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk‑in customers professionally.
• Introduce and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Actively follow up on pending quotations and customer discussions to maximize sales conversion.
• Suggest related or alternative products to increase upselling opportunities.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
