Job Description
Working hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Responsibilities- Manage after-sales support and serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling enquiries and spare parts orders.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, review commercial terms, and coordinate with customers, vendors, procurement, engineering, and accounts teams.
- Track invoices, payments, sales activities, and business forecasts while ensuring timely project updates.
- Maintain technical documentation, equipment records, project files, and sales-related reports.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc duties.
- Dip in any Engineering
- No exp needed, relevant exp is an additional advantage
