What you’ll be doing:
- Own your desk like a business: You’ll manage your pipeline end‑to‑end response time, follow‑ups, conversion, margin, and booked revenue.
- Move fast on warm inbound leads: Contact customers within minutes, control the call, qualify quickly, and keep momentum high.
