Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate sales through inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with leads provided by the company
- Convert enquiries into successful enrollments or service sign‑ups
- Explain HR sourcing and migration services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales activities in the CRM
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Stay updated on company services, pricing and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales; HR sourcing or migration/immigration or Education Consulting industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
