Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales enquiries via telephone and email Provide professional advice to prospective clients and convert enquiries into bookings Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and stakeholders Meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity on the CRM system Ensure smooth handovers to internal teams and maintain clear communication throughout the customer journey Keep referral partners informed of enquiry and booking progress Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the business professionally at all times Work collaboratively within a high-performance, target-driven team environment
