Sales Executive

We seek a detail‑oriented, thorough, energetic and organised Sales Executive to oversee and support our B2B Sales and conversions of schools visiting us for field trips. In this position you will play a key role in creating and maintaining high‑quality relationships with our B2B clients and schools. You will follow up on negotiations, maintain an updated database, and guarantee the delivery of an awesome experience to the schools and corporates visiting us.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in a professional and timely manner.
• Schedule field trips in advance based on confirmed bookings made.
• Organize all documentation required for field trips physically and electronically in an efficient manner.
• Coordinate with Guest Engagement, Creative Team and Caf team to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day field trips.
