Job Description:

The Abrasive Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth of abrasive products at end users through hardware dealers, distributors, and modern retail channels, while also
supporting pull-through selling activities with end users. This role requires strong channel sales
capability, a solid understanding of dealer and retail processes, and the ability to execute
channel marketing campaigns and promotional activities effectively. The individual will work
closely with channel partners, end users, and internal teams to expand market coverage,
strengthen customer relationships, and improve product visibility and sell-out performance.
