Sales Engineer

*Roles & Responsibilities** * Handle sales activities and prepare quotations for assigned accounts. * Manage and grow existing customers as well as develop new customers within machining and contract manufacturing, targeting strategic growth of **15%–20%**. * Manage customer account status and credit control for assigned accounts. * Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently follow up with customers to secure purchase orders after quotation submission. * Work closely with cross-functional departments to support customer requests and new RFQs in accordance with **SOP0038**. * Review order fulfilment in line with **SOP0039** and provide back-up support to the Sales Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations. * Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction in accordance with **SOP0040**. * Review pricing consolidation and sales forecasting, and collaborate with customers to meet forecast requirements. * Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customer sales calls to ensure busi...
