Job Description
Responsibilities
- Promote company products and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and train customers on air-con machine K11HV .
- Use diagnostic tools and apply diagnostic knowledge to resolve issues.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in technical sales/engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience in repairing and diagnosing air-con machines (K11HV preferred) .
