Sales Engineer / Pre-Sales Engineer (Xico)

You will work directly with customers, TAC, sales, product management, and internal engineering teams to design, deliver and debug turnkey networking solutions to solve service provider's scale and capacity challenges as they approach 5G, next-gen internet, and data centre deployments.

• Act as the customer-facing technical lead to understand customer requirements and present solutions to help build service provider networks.
• Plan, scope, design, build and demonstrate solutions and support product deployments for the largest ISPs and Telco customers.
• Help TAC junior engineers debug complex production issues for service provider and data centre deployments, including EVPN solutions.
• Create debugging best practices and train junior TAC engineers.
