The Sales Engineer acts as a trusted technical advisor in a pre‑sales capacity, partnering closely with account teams and channel partners to deliver innovative IT solutions. This role involves defining and presenting solutions to address customer technology challenges, enabling partners, and supporting technical closure of deals. Responsibilities include providing high‑level solution design for information security and management, conducting technical briefings and demonstrations, and maintaining expertise in market trends and competitive technologies. The Sales Engineer will also build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, respond to technical inquiries, and contribute to achieving new bookings goals while continuously learning company products and industry trends.
