Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote injection molding machines and related automation solutions.
• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within the plastics, automotive, electronics, packaging, medical, and consumer goods industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer visits, technical discussions, quotation preparation, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Provide professional technical consultation and recommend suitable machine specifications based on customer production requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, service, and application teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
