Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and follow‑up of HVAC project opportunities by actively engaging customers and identifying solution needs.
- Proactively generate sales leads through customer visits, networking, and outreach activities, including cold calls.
- Promote HVAC products and systems to design institutes, industry associations, integrators, and relevant partners in the region to increase market awareness and pipeline opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long‑term engagement and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the Sales & Business Performance Plan and annual secured‑order strategies aligned with departmental goals, working toward achieving assigned sales targets with year‑on‑year growth expectations.
