Responsibilities:
Act as a professional representative of Klüber Lubrication towards customers, managing direct B2B sales within assigned industrial markets
Take full ownership of the assigned sales territory, including planning, execution, and achievement of sales and growth targets
Develop and maintain customer relationships in an international environment
Apply value-based selling approaches to translate customer needs into sustainable business solutions
Drive business development by identifying and realizing new opportunities within the assigned markets
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder (e.g. customer service, application engineering, Service) to deliver customer-centric solutions
