Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for waterproofing and coating services
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and market research
- Meet clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Conduct site assessments and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback
