Responsibilities: . Promoteand propose Trane Controls Solutions tobuilding owners, consultants and contractors . Developlong term customer relationshipsand maximize account penetration and customer retention . Identifypotential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & newcustomers . Work closelywith other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate . Ability to effectively writes andpresents proposals. . Negotiates value, addressesresistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier. . Ensure all workscarried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards. Requirements: . Diploma/ Degreein Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent . At least 1-3years' experience in selling HVAC or building automation system .
