Within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM), the Advisor Recruiting team is responsible for driving the firm’s organic growth by attracting top Financial Advisors across all Wells Fargo Advisors channels.

Wells Fargo is seeking a **Sales Enablement Lead – Advisor Recruiting & Integration** to play a pivotal role in advancing advisor recruiting and onboarding integration by delivering tools, insights, reporting, and content that improve execution across the full recruiting lifecycle.
