Role
Sales & Education Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory
- Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store support
- Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership
- Drive sell-out through relationship building, side‑by‑side selling, and activations
- Gather market insights, competitor activity, and field feedback
- Support launches, events, and key retail moments
- Travel extensively within the territory (this is a true field role)
Qualifications
- Strong field sales experience within beauty or cosmetics
- Comfortable being on the road most days, visiting multiple doors weekly
- Confident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teams
- Excellent relationship‑builder with store managers and retail partners
