A fast-growing, Series C AI infrastructure company is hiring its first Director of EMEA Sales to own the region end-to-end.

The role
Player-coach for the first 6–8 months, you'll be in the field closing deals while simultaneously building a team of AEs across Enterprise, Expansion and Digital Native segments. As the business scales, you step into full regional leadership.
You'll own
- EMEA revenue targets and forecasting
- Regional GTM strategy, ICP and playbook
- Team hiring, development and enablement
- Enterprise and strategic account pipeline
Your background:
- 4+ years managing B2B SaaS sales teams in EMEA with a strong revenue track record
- 4+ years as an IC quota carrier before moving into management
