Job Description
We are looking to hire a new Sales Director – Off Plan who will be responsible for managing, training and guiding a sales team and ensuring that the sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong off-plan market background, as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in order to be able to establish new relationships with potential clientele and grow the business. A deep understanding of the broker's work is required, including the paperwork, knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overlooking all sales-related affairs and managing the entire sales process flow
Lead by example, manage, develop and motivate own sales team to ensure best productivity, consistent sales and the achievement of sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
