The School Relations Representative (SRR), also known as SDR's, plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth across assigned territories. This role is responsible for identifying district opportunities, executing outbound prospecting campaigns, generating qualified meetings, conducting initial discovery conversations, providing a high-level introduction to Waterford's solutions, qualifying opportunities, and advancing prospects to the next stage of the sales process. The SRR partners closely with School Relations Directors (SRDs), Marketing, and Operations to execute territory strategies, engage prospective customers, follow up on campaigns and events, and build a strong pipeline of future opportunities.
