Job Description
Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100-150 cold calls per day to contact potential clients.
- Generate a minimum of 4-5 qualified deals per week.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they fit our adequate customer profile (ICP).
- Use and maintain our CRM, preferably HubSpot , to log all activity and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Identify customer needs and articulate how our solution can solve their challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Demonstrable experience in lead generation and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot , Salesforce, Zoho, etc.
