Sales Development Representative (SDR) - B2B

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100-150 cold calls per day to contact potential clients.
  • Generate a minimum of 4-5 qualified deals per week.
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they fit our adequate customer profile (ICP).
  • Use and maintain our CRM, preferably HubSpot , to log all activity and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and articulate how our solution can solve their challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Demonstrable experience in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
