The RoleSales Development Representative sits at the front line of Firmable's outbound growth engine. You will own the top of the funnel: identifying the right prospects, opening conversations cold, and booking high-quality meetings that convert into pipeline for our Account Executives.
This is not a script-reader role. You'll think commercially about who to target and why, run your own research on accounts and personas, and tailor every outreach to land. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing on sequences, with AEs on handover quality, and feed market signal back into leadership.
