Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a resilient and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in Barcelona and help us grow our presence in the Portuguese market.
What you’ll do
- Own the early stages of the sales cycle: prospect, research, and qualify leads.
- Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns and other outreach channels (expect ~60–80 touchpoints per day).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads coming from marketing or other internal teams.
- Book high-quality meetings with key decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to AEs and Marketing about lead quality, persona trends and blockers.
- Maintain pipeline organized and up-to-date in HubSpot.
- Test new messaging, share learnings, and iterate based on what works.
