Base salary: $1,500–$2,000 USD/month, depending on experience + uncapped commission

We are looking for a high-energy, confident, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join a growing U. S.-based staffing and talent solutions company.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, speaking with U. S. decision-makers, handling rejection, and creating interest quickly over the phone. The ideal candidate knows how to be direct, professional, and persuasive without sounding scripted or overly salesy. You will be responsible for prospecting U.
