Sales Development Representative

RDash is an AI-powered construction management platform trusted by 450+ companies across India and the UAE, including Amazon and The Union Fitout. Backed by Y Combinator, Stellaris, and Zacua Capital, we're building the operating system for construction; replacing fragmented WhatsApp threads, Excel sheets, and disconnected tools with a single platform that connects every stage of a project, from site survey to handover.

We're expanding aggressively in the UAE, and outbound is one of our primary GTM levers in this market. This role is central to that growth.

The Role

We're looking for an Outbound SDR based in Dubai who can build and run cold outreach into UAE construction, fitout, and real estate companies. You'll own top-of-funnel pipeline generation - prospecting, sequencing, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
