We are building a strong outbound sales engine and are looking for a highly organised Sales Coordinator & CRM Manager to support customer growth, database management, and communication across our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM & Database Management
- Build and maintain a full customer database
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
- Track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
- Ensure no customer opportunities are missed
- Send product updates and promotions via email campaigns
- Use Mailchimp for customer communications
- Work with internal teams on campaign content and promotional activity
- Follow up customer enquiries and responses
