Sales Coordinator MICE

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator - MICE to join our team. As a key member of our sales department you will be responsible for driving MICE (Meetings Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions) business and ensuring seamless coordination of events.

• Proactively identify and pursue new MICE business opportunities in the local and international markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders
• Create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of MICE events
• Conduct site inspections and showcase venue facilities to prospective clients
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
