Sales Coordinator-Lead Catcher

POSITION SUMMARY Full fluency in English is required

Route incoming opportunities to the appropriate eLead Sales Manager. Manage all incoming electronic leads into the Sales office via fax, email, SFAWeb & CI/TY (Consolidated Inventory/Total Yield System), voicemail, and websites (. Starcite), etc. Route leads via SFAWeb and/or CI/TY to the appropriate eLead Sales Manager in order to ensure that customer requests are responded to within the service level timeline for each incoming electronic lead. Accurately track all the leads and distribution. Provide SFAWeb & CI/TY support, including data input and report generation, as required. Monitor lead volume of each Sales Manager and re-route leads as needed. Handle team member and internal stakeholder requests in a professional manner.
