Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for order execution.
• Maintain CRM and sales records.
• Support lead generation and business development activities.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely communication.

Requirements

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Experience in sales coordination, customer support or business development preferred.
