Sales Consultant, PF (Klang Valley)

Job Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to group targets.
• Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
• Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as credit cards.
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the bank’s quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures and protect its image and brand.
• Ensure that physical premises are well maintained in line with quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field (minimum CGPA 2.8).
• Strong selling and negotiation skills, preferably with at least one year of sales experience in the financial industry.
