Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive modelsProspect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral businessStay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customersSet and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications
