Sales Coaching Expert

Role Summary

At ING we are looking for a Sales Coaching Expert to join our Branches Strategy Team. The role focuses on supporting 29 branches to achieve their targets, embedding a data‑driven, execution‑focused culture, and ensuring continuous performance improvement through regular on‑site visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network performance acceleration
   • Drive commercial performance across the 29 branches, ensuring a clear focus on priorities, KPIs and conversion.
   • Identify and close performance gaps between branches.
   • Establish regular performance reviews with Area Leads, ensuring follow‑up on action plans and accountability for results.
2. Best practices & model standardization
   • Identify, structure and scale best practices across branches.
   • Ensure that what works in top‑performing branches is replicated across the network.
